A local business service, delivered by people who have proven experience and professional qualifications in working with people to improve effectiveness. This is combined with over 30 year’s direct management/business experience within small, medium and large companies during times of recession as well as growth.

My focus and passion is working with people who are motivated to make changes and achieve more. For the major proportion of my career, I led project teams in the delivery of complex IT projects for large corporate organisations and government departments. This gave me a solid grounding for understanding people and their motivations. I now work as a coach both individually and with groups and use the coaching relationship as the primary vehicle to facilitate change and growth for the client.

Anne’s personal development has focused on learning about people, their similarities and differences, what makes them tick and how a coaching relationship can be the key to unlocking potential and the capacity for change.

runs Toptree Coaching & Consulting and believes that coaching is an art as well as a process and that learning that art takes time, education and experience. He has a lifetime of experience of both leadership and coaching practice from continuing leadership education and hands on leadership roles with a top 10 global corporation.
